I visited this market in 2014. The selection of pet supplies were so huge. You can also buy pets from here. But please check with your country authority on importing pet from oversea

You will be amazed to see a lot of plants, flower, bonsai, fish, and pets.

The location is very near to Metro Station Hua Di Wan. Please use exit C/D to go to the market

In that area you can find several wholesale market which concentrate on pets and plants

Wholesale market in Yiwu

The most famous wholesale market in Yiwu is located in the International Trade City. It is also named as Futian Wholesale Market. It has 5.5 km2 floor area. It is big and huge market. You must allocate at least a week to cover the whole area.

The market comprise of different segment.

District 1 focuses on toys and jewelries. You can also find many shipping agents on the ground floor. Take your time to have a deal with shipping agents.

Hotel can be found near the District 2. In this area the you can find products like bags, umbrellas, rainwear , hardware, electrical and home appliances.

In the district 3, you can find products like glasses, stationery and cosmetics accessories (most lovely district by women)

At the end of the market, there is the district 4. The products here focus on textile and clothes. Range of beautiful lingerie can also be found here. A wide range of cheap hats and caps also available here. You can customize your order according to your design.

So how to go there from Malaysia?

The nearest airport to the city is the Yiwu Airport. There is no direct flight from KUL to YIW. You can either transit in Guangzhou, Shenzhen or Hong Kong. You can check the flight schedule using the Google Flight application.

How to get to International Trade City (Futian Market) from Yiwu Airport?

Bus no. 102 can directly lead to the market. Or taxi can be a choice, for which it takes 15-20min and costs CNY30-40.

Normally the taxi driver understand simple English. Mention FUTIAN MARKET or simply pass the hotel address (in Chinese alphabet please). See the situation outside the taxi stand in the airport

Alternatively Air Asia offer direct flight to Hangzhou. From Hangzhou Airport it will take about 2 hours to arrive in Yiwu. This was the case when I first visit Yiwu back in 2012.

Halal Food

Halal food is easy to find. Simply go to the Arab Quarter or Yiwu Mosque. There you will find good and nice restaurant to have your meals. You might also use the opportunity to make new friends. But beware of bad people (scammer, conman etc)

Zhan Xi Lu is a famous street for fashion,fashion accessories,shoes and watch. Among famous fashion laza along Zhan Xi Lu is Kinsun Fashion City and Hui Mei fashion Plaza. If you disembark at Guangzhou Railway Station, take exit F (refer map) and walk along the street towards Zhan Xi Lu. The obvious landmark there is the big clock at the start of the street.

At the other end of the street, you can find 2 shoe plazas there.

Highsun is property management company. At the moment they managed two shopping plaza namely Highsun Camera and Mobile Plaza and Highsun Fabric Plaza. The location of both plaza are at the scenery view of Pearl River at the end of Yinjiang Lu in Guangzhou.

While wholesale is the main attraction of business in Guangzhou, Highsun Group of Company has allocated a building for this purpose. A plaza cater for fabric like curtain,bedsheets,table cloth and home fabric is a place for home designer,business man as well as interior decorator to find cheap and affordable material. China Silk juga banyak terdapat di plaza Highsun ini.

Meanwhile for if you come to Guangzhou and forget to bring your camera or mobile, you can buy one at Highsun Camera and Mobile plaza located just behind the Fabric Plaza. From my observation, you can get original version of the mobile phone and camera here.

How to go there?

Metro Line 1 Martys Park . From the station taxi will take you about 7 minutes to arrive.

Chow Kit was famously known as dark area in the year 60s-80s. Prostitution,drug pusher and gangsters were among many criminal activity that happened here in those time. But now the situation has changed a lot. Chow Kit especially Jalan Haji Taib draw many people here mainly because its wholesale market. People from all races Malay,Chinese,Indians,Pakistan,Indonesia and Africa come here to get their supply and stock.

For your easy reference Chow Kit comprises Jalan Raja Laut at the east, Jalan Hj Taib in the middle, Plaza GM at the north and Plaza TAR at its west. Tour the area and you will find a lot of wholesale shops.If you plan to shopping, dont forget to bring a small trolley.

If you are an IT or mobile phone geek, this is the best place for you to source for latest model of handphone (imitation,fake and partially original or underwater so they call in Malaysia), IT peripherals and electronic gadget.

How to go there...the nearest METRO station is Haizhu Square in Line 2. From the station it will take about 20 minute by foot. But I prefer to take taxi which will bring me directly to the area.

The best thing of this place is the availability of HALAL restaurant and place for praying. You can ask for restaurant operator to provide u with praying mat and place to pray!

Hari kedua diteruskan dengan melawat plaza2 borong yang menjadi tumpuan para peserta. Trip yang dianjurkan oleh BorongChina menghadkan maksimum 10 org peserta bg membolehkan semua orang mendapat barang2 yang ingin mereka lihat,banding,beli dan borong.

Belajar menaiki METRO

Pada hari ini kami melawat Plaza Pakaian Kanak-Kanak di Zongshan. Perjalanan dari hotel ke Zongshan mengambil masa 15 minit dengan menaiki metro.Bagi pihak BorongChina, menaiki kenderaan awam seperti Metro memberikan peluang kepada para peserta untuk belajar sendiri secara langsung selok belok lokasi-lokasi pemborongan. Disamping itu ia memberikan nilai tambah kepada keyakinan diri para peserta untuk bergerak sendiri pada msa akan datang.

Secara peribadi, saya beranggapan sesiapa yang menguasai jaringan Metro di Guangzhou ini, mereka tidak akan tersesat!

This is my wholesale shop located at Plaza TAR Jln Tunku Abdul Rahman Kuala Lumpur it is located in the busiest area of Kuala Lumpur. The area is famously known as Chow Kit.

Frankly speaking I import my stock all from China. Either I get it from Guangzhou supplier or wholesale market or from Yiwu Futian Market.

Malaysia too has 3-4 wholesale location.

Sarapan pagi kami ialah di restoran La Mian terletak berhampiran jejantas yang menghubungkan Yi Sen Leather Centre dengan Baiyun Leather International Centre.

Kedai kepunyaan En Omar ini agak bersih berbanding kedai En Omar yang lagik satu yang dekat dengan Hotel Jin Jiang Inn Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall. Jadi berselera sikit nak makan. Dengan sepinggan mee tarik dan sedikit lauk dan sayur sudah mampu untuk alas perut hingga ke petang. Harga pula tidak mahal hanya RMB 10.

Menghabiskan masa lebih kurang 2 jam di area situ.

Apa yang agak mengejutkan kebanyakkan kedai tidak menjual beg AAA berjenama Prada, LV, Guess dan Gucci dan lain2nya. Mengapa ya?? Seperti mana di Plaza TAR dan GM begitu jugalah disini. Menjelang

Day 2 : Zhongshanba - Sun Yat Sen University

Hari ini hari kedua Trip Belajar Memborong di Guangzhou berlangsung. Destinasi hari ini ialah Zhongshanba.

Zong Shan Ba Rd ( Zong Shan Ba Lu) 中山八路97号荔湖大厦.

Di Zhongshanba terdapat dua plaza untuk pakaian kanak2 dan aksesori.

Setelah dua jam disana (1000 - 1200) kami bertolak ke Sun Yat Sen University untuk melawat Plaza Fabrik dan Tekstil. Apa yang menarik, laluan Metro untuk ke Sun Yat Sen University bukan lagi Line 2, tetapi telah ditkar menjadi Line 8. Dari Line 2 perlu tukar di Changgang untuk ke Line 8. Sekiranya dahulu Line 2 tamat di Wanshengwei ke arah selatan, kini stesen akhir Line 2 ialah Guangzhou South Railway Station.
